Q: What is your Rescheduling/Cancellation/Refund Policy?

 We require a notice period of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failing to provide sufficient notice or being a no-show will incur a full lesson cost. Please be aware that no refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

If the driving school has to cancel a lesson, you are entitled to a refund or the option to reschedule. Packages are non-refundable and all pre-paid services expire after 6 months.

To initiate a refund for a canceled session made within the specified timeframe, kindly send an email to contact@anniesdrivingacademy.com.au. Ensure that your email includes your bank details, full name, and the date/time of the canceled session.
